I love earth tones with a pop of teal. For some reason, it just makes my brain happy to see teal.  I think it reminds me of the sea. The browns and earthy tones are very grounding and peaceful.  The tension between the serene beige and the more stimulating blue-green is stimulating enough not to be boring, but not so much as to be jarring. Overall, an abstract wallpaper in neutral tones makes for a subtle backdrop for a calming space. 

While we won't know the Pantone Color of the Year for 2025 until late December, most of the the big (and not so big) paint companies have announced their colors of the year for next year already.
